CrossFit Leicester, located in the heart of Leicester City centre, is where the fitness revolution starts. We are excited to be Leicesters first CrossFit box! For the time being, we’re a small community of a larger picture.

CrossFit Leicester, is Leicester’s Premier Strength & Conditioning facility and Performance Centre. At CrossFit Leicester we use constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. Unlike most gyms, we require that there is one of our world class coaches present at all times.

CrossFit Leicester believes that quality coaching accelerates your results and prevents you from getting injured. Our classes run 7 days a week and private and special groups can be arranged!

In order to start doing CrossFit Leicesters’ WODs’ (Work outs of the day) i.e. classes, you must have completed our CrossFit On-Ramp course. These sessions are used to familiarise you with the equipment, movements and stimulus that we use in CrossFit. You may then continue on with our WOD’s (group classes) or personal training.
