Open Gym

PRACTICE MAKES YOU STRONGER, LEANER AND FITTER

At CrossFit Leicester we offer our members the opportunity to practise, practise and pratcise in our open gym sessions. Our athletes use open gym to work on their weaknesses, develop their strength,  improve on skills, to catch up on missed WODs, choose a workout that suits a weakness.

These sessions will not be coached, but our coaches will be around to offer advice. Open gym hours of operation run from:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday – 6am – 8:30pm

Tuesday and Thursday – 5am – 8:30pm

Saturday – 9am – 12 noon

Sunday – 9am – 12 noon
