Open Gym

PRACTISE MAKES YOU STRONGER, LEANER AND FITTER

At CrossFit Leicester we offer our members the opportunity to practise, practise and pratcise in our open gym sessions. Our athletes use open gym to work on their weaknesses, develop their strength,  improve on skills, to catch up on missed WODs, choose a workout that suits a weakness.

These sessions will not be coached, but our coaches will be around to offer advice. Open gym hours of operation will be ideal times to visit the Red Box, catch a glimpse of a WOD, chat with other members of the CrossFit Leicester community.
