CrossFit Leicester is a community. At CrossFit Leicester we are on a mission to help get each of our members get fitter and stronger, and we expect that as you get comfortable, you’ll help other people get fitter and stronger. We are not your corporate gym — you can’t be anonymous here. We’ll be keeping tabs on your progress and are always available to help you design your training and nutrition to achieve optimal results.
You’ll be expected to keep track of your workouts. All of our workouts are completed for time, reps, or max weight, so you’ll be able to track your progress and see yourself improving as you go — you’ll be amazed how much faster and stronger you’ll get if you stick with it, even if you’re working out just twice a week.
