WOD – The Air Force

For time each athlete must do four burpees at the beginning of every minute and nbsp: before moving into the barbell work. The athlete is allowed to move to the next barbell skill once he/she has completed all 20 reps. There is a 20 minute time.

THRUSTER 20 REPS 95/65 lbs
SUMO DEADLIFT HIGH PULL 20 REPS 95/65 lbs
PUSH JERK 20 REPS 95/65 lbs
OVERHEAD SQUAT 20 REPS 95/65 lbs
FRONT SQUAT 20 REPS 95/65 lbs
