About CrossFIt Leicester

CrossFit Leicester offers more than groups sessions, we are a band of brothers and sisters creating a CrossFit community. CrossFits workouts offer constant coaching and encouragement come and experience CrossFit for FREE simply email: info@leicestercrossfit.co.uk or call 07771 655447.

At CrossFit Leicester we cater to all levels of fitness whether in the military, emergency services, a professional athlete, active sports person to those new to fitness. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we do not change programs. You won’t have to lift weights beyond your level or perform movements beyond your skill set. We pride ourselves on working with people of all ability levels and making them better. Furthermore, our target population is not specific to age or gender, instead we are welcoming anyone who is willing to work hard and keep an open mind to CrossFit principles.

Mondays: AM: 6:30am – 7:30am PM: 1:00pm- 2:00pm & 6:30pm-7:30pm & 7:30pm -8:30pm
Tuesdays: PM: 5:30pm-6:30pm & 6:30pm- 7:30pm
Wednesdays: AM: 6:30am – 7:30am PM: 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Thursdays: AM: 9:15am – 10:15am PM : 5:30pm – 6:30pm & 6:30pm – 7:30pm & 8:30pm – 9:30pm (Skills Clinic & WOD)
Fridays: AM: 6:30am – 7:30am PM: 1:00pm- 2:00pm & 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Saturdays: AM: 10:00am – 11:00am & 11am – 12:00am (Strength & Conditioning)
Sundays: PM: 2:00pm -3:00pm, 3:00pm – 3:30pm (Stretch & Mobility)
